Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at Revtech Global (Pty) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a multi-channel sales strategy for animal feed in the South African market and neighboring countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management and the procurement team to develop and implement a sales strategy that meets business objectives.
  • Liaise with the procurement team and suppliers to secure relevant stock and negotiate favorable pricing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Provide technical support to clients to ensure the building of strategic partnerships and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure accurate and timely administration related to clients and products.
  • Provide market analysis and monthly reporting to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in marketing a wide range of animal feed products to dairy farms, game farms, and other relevant sales channels.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of animal nutrition.
  • Proven record of successfully building and managing relationships.
  • Management experience.
  • Computer literate.
  • Understanding of management and reporting systems.
