Content Creation & Management:

  • Lead the development of digital marketing campaigns, including paid search (SEO/SEM), display advertising, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Monitor and optimize digital advertising performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to improve engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies, ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective and reach target audiences.
Offline Advertising & Promotions:
  • Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, including print, radio, outdoor advertising, and in-store promotions.
  • Collaborate with retail partners to develop and implement point-of-sale materials, brochures, posters, and other promotional materials.
  • Coordinate marketing events, product launches, and in-store activations to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
Customer Insights & Data Analytics:
  • Leverage market research and customer data to refine marketing strategies and create targeted campaigns that resonate with specific audiences.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to continuously improve marketing initiatives.
Team Management & Leadership:
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Ensure the marketing team meets KPIs and project deadlines while maintaining a focus on innovation and quality.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media outlets to support marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications (or related field)
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong experience in content creation, corporate branding, digital advertising, and offline campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in managing digital and traditional marketing initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and analyze performance data to optimize spend.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Content Development: Expertise in creating and managing engaging content across multiple formats (written, visual, video).
  • Branding & Corporate Identity: Strong understanding of corporate identity and brand management.
  • Digital Marketing: In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Offline Marketing: Experience with traditional advertising platforms, including print, radio, and in-store promotions.
  • Leadership & Teamwork: Proven ability to lead a team and collaborate across departments.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a focus on campaign performance, customer insights, and ROI analysis.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
