- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, including print, radio, outdoor advertising, and in-store promotions.
- Collaborate with retail partners to develop and implement point-of-sale materials, brochures, posters, and other promotional materials.
- Coordinate marketing events, product launches, and in-store activations to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Leverage market research and customer data to refine marketing strategies and create targeted campaigns that resonate with specific audiences.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to continuously improve marketing initiatives.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
- Ensure the marketing team meets KPIs and project deadlines while maintaining a focus on innovation and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Build and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media outlets to support marketing initiatives.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications (or related field)
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Strong experience in content creation, corporate branding, digital advertising, and offline campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in managing digital and traditional marketing initiatives from concept to execution.
- Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and analyze performance data to optimize spend.
- Content Development: Expertise in creating and managing engaging content across multiple formats (written, visual, video).
- Branding & Corporate Identity: Strong understanding of corporate identity and brand management.
- Digital Marketing: In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and other digital marketing tools.
- Offline Marketing: Experience with traditional advertising platforms, including print, radio, and in-store promotions.
- Leadership & Teamwork: Proven ability to lead a team and collaborate across departments.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a focus on campaign performance, customer insights, and ROI analysis.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
