Enterprise Sales Director

Job Overview: As a Key Account Executive at Charm Recruit, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our key clients, driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Drive New Business and Expand Existing Accounts: Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and acquire new ones, leveraging your expertise in account management and sales.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.

- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
About Our Ideal Candidate:
- Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, with a proven track record of success.
