Job Overview: As a Key Account Executive at Charm Recruit, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our key clients, driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive New Business and Expand Existing Accounts: Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and acquire new ones, leveraging your expertise in account management and sales.
  2. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  3. Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business success.
  4. Communicate Effectively: Develop and maintain open lines of communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
  5. Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to inform sales strategies and optimize results.

About Our Ideal Candidate:

  1. Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  3. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, analyzing market trends and client needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  4. Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-centric approach, prioritizing client satisfaction and driving business growth through tailored solutions.
  5. Knowledge of the Industry: Familiarity with the car rental industry and market trends, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry developments.
