Administrative Coordinator for Helderberg

The position of Administrative Coordinator is a crucial role within the Helderberg Personnel cc organization. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Duties and Responsibilities
This position entails assisting with switchboard and reception services, as well as managing marketing activities such as viewings and appointments. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining databases, updating files and information, administering applications, exit, and transfers, and liaising with external stakeholders.
Key Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills (verbal and written). A Grade 12 Certificate in Secretarial/Administration would be an advantage, along with computer literacy (MS Word and MS Excel) and 3-5 years of relevant experience in reception, secretarial, or administration. Fluency in both English and Afrikaans is required.
