Job Description

Mintek is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive and Board members.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing meeting materials, including agendas and minutes.
  • Distribute meeting materials and ensure board members have necessary documentation.
  • Process purchase requisitions and store items on IFS system.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Liaise with Finance Division on processing of S&T allowances and advances.
  • Organize quotes and requisitions for consumables and assets.
  • Perform secretarial duties for Executive Managers and Board of Directors.
  • Assist in drafting reports and coordinate events.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • National Diploma in Public Administration or equivalent qualification.
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programmes and IFS system.
