Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach and networking, showcasing the value proposition of our services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
- Identify, generate, and negotiate new business leads, meeting annual targets and exceeding expectations.
- Communicate product developments and showcase services to prospective clients, managing the sales cycle process from lead generation to close.
- Contribute to marketing literature and provide feedback to management, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Attend weekly sales meetings, presenting sales processes and business strategies to the core sales team.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with corporate procedures.
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker, with Afrikaans as a plus.
- Degree in law, business, or accounting.
- Relevant experience and existing client network are preferred.
- 3+ years of sales experience in the corporate and trust sector or business consultancy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a growing team.
Salary Estimate:** R650,000 - R900,000 per annum, depending on experience.
