Job Title: Business Development Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at The Legends Agency. As a Revenue Generation Professional, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales efforts.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and identifying new markets and sectors to target. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making professional outbound calls to unqualified prospects to achieve enquiries/appointments, sourcing from a list of potential clients from our prescribed sector databases.
- Fully utilising email marketing with follow-up calling to increase conversion rates.
- Promoting our products features, prices, etc. and presenting their benefits to potential customers.
- Recording prospect information accurately into our CRM system and keeping the system updated with new information.
- Building relationships and working closely with both Sales & Marketing to align on sales campaigns and collaborate on identifying new leads and prospects.
- Collaborating with customers to elicit enquiries and gain new business.
- Gaining a thorough understanding/knowledge of our product ranges to discuss them intelligently with customers and influence them.
- Meeting appointment targets set on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Representing the company in a professional, articulate, and positive way.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of one year's proven experience as a telemarketer within a B2B setting, or a similar sales/customer service role.
- Knowledge of sales techniques for persuading and influencing others to buy products or services.
- Knowledge and experience of good customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone, with the ability to interact with prospects.
- Confident and tenacious in influencing, persuading, and negotiating with others via outbound calls.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience. We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development.
