Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Reception Manager at HR Genie. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Welcome Desk/Reception area, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall success of our club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reception Management: Oversee the daily activities of the Welcome Desk/Reception area, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for members and guests.
  • Staff Support: Assist with club administration tasks, manage cash handling, and provide training and guidance to the Receptionist.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with members, staff, and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Access Control: Monitor and manage access and overrides for staff and members, ensuring the security and integrity of our club.
  • Stock Control: Maintain accurate records of reception stock, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available and ordered as needed.
  • Problem Resolution: Respond promptly and professionally to member complaints, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, motivating staff and leading by example to achieve exceptional results.
  • Administrative Accuracy: Possess advanced levels of administrative accuracy, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent communication skills, able to liaise effectively with members, staff, and external partners at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Possess intermediate PC skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Flexibility: Be willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our club.
  • Energy Levels: Possess high levels of energy and enthusiasm, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or welcome desk position is highly desirable, with a proven track record of managing staff, planning, organizing, conflict handling, and problem-solving.
