**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a spa environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Outstanding attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and superior communication skills.
- Knowledge of and adherence to health and safety regulations and best practices within the beauty industry.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK LATE SHIFTS (SHIFTS ALTERNATE).
- Good interpersonal skills and be a team player willing to go an extra mile.
- Great financial management skills and be trustworthy and accountable.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Operational Excellence**
- Oversee the reception area, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and overall ambiance.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to ensure maximum staff utilization, minimize client waiting times, and enhance overall client satisfaction.

**2. Front of House duties**
- Oversee front desk operations, greet clients warmly, and manage phone calls professionally.
- Handle bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling of appointments in an efficient manner.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

**3. Client Relations & Care**:

- Foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere that prioritizes client comfort and satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, always aiming to exceed client expectations and uphold our reputation for excellence.
- Ensure that all treatments and services are conducted with the utmost care, quality, and adherence to established protocols.
