Job Title: Sales Representatives

Hexing Electric South Africa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representatives to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful Sales Representatives will be responsible for managing our company's relationships with customers, developing new markets, and building long-term relationships with a group of customers. The goal is to keep clients or accounts as long as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish new business and promote Renewable Energy.
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12.
  • Must have a driver's license and own a vehicle.
  • Need to work from the office at least 1 day a week, as well as during training sessions.
  • Expectation to be on the road seeing clients on the days not in the office.
  • Must be a hunter for new business, existing data base will be beneficial.
  • Minimum 2 years solar experience.
  • Proven track record.
Other:
  • Must be able to travel.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to face challenges.
