We are seeking an experienced Social Media Strategist to join our team as a Community Manager for Instagram and TikTok. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing tailored social media strategies that engage with our target audience, increase brand awareness, and drive follower growth.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in social media management, particularly with Instagram and TikTok. They should have a strong understanding of platform-specific features and tools for video content creation and editing.

You will work closely with internal teams to align social media strategies with business objectives and lead Instagram and TikTok advertising campaigns in partnership with the digital marketing team.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to produce high-quality short-form video content, and stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for Instagram and TikTok
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (videos, images, reels, stories) that resonates with target audiences
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok
  • Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and trends to build a strong, authentic connection with followers
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools such as Sprout Social and Hootsuite, making data-driven recommendations to optimize future content and campaigns
  • Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand values and marketing goals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates, ensuring the brand remains relevant and top-of-mind
