About the Role:
The Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for ensuring business profitability and growth through retention, attraction, and expansion of customers in their portfolio. This involves working closely with the Operational Banker to ensure approval of customer lending needs and achieving non-interest revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure 100% self-funded portfolio through attraction of correctly priced deposits.
- SUCCESSFULLY CLOSE CROSS AND UP-SELLING OPPORTUNITIES RECEIVED FROM OPERATIONAL BANKER AND OWN SOURCES.
- Achieve Non-Interest Revenue targets.
- Ensure Business Profitability and Growth in conjunction with the Operational Banker through retention, attraction, and expansion of customers in portfolio.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree, FAIS RE5 competent.
- Minimum 10 years general banking experience.
- 5 years as Relationship Manager in medium/large segment.
