Compensation and Employee Rewards Expert

We are seeking an experienced Remuneration and Benefits Manager to join our team at Integration Resourcing. The successful candidate will have a strong background in remuneration and benefits management, with experience in designing and implementing effective remuneration strategies. They will also have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data and present recommendations to senior management.
Main Accountabilities:
- Design and develop remuneration strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Manage the implementation of employee benefits programs, ensuring that they are competitive and meet the needs of our staff.
- Monitor key metrics such as turnover rates linked to compensation satisfaction.
- Prepare reports for management on the effectiveness of remuneration strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Finance, or a related field (NQF Level 7).
- Advanced certifications such as SARA Reward Specialist or GRP certification are advantageous.
- Minimum of 6 years in a remuneration or benefits management /senior specialist role.
- Advanced end to end payroll management and administration experience payroll systems aligned to business banking.
