Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Support/Sales Representative to join our team at Stryker South Africa (Pty) Ltd. as a Medical Sales and Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the theatre and clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth training on Stryker products to theatre and wider HCP staff
  • Work closely with other team members and the Regional Sales Manager to ensure customer service levels are best in class
  • Audit theatre Stryker stock, manage consignment inventory, and ensure good asset management practice
  • Understand the clinical application of the broader Stryker business to offer customers the best possible solution
  • Conduct trials and evaluations of products in both theatre and the clinical environment as required
  • Additional responsibilities as directed by the Regional Sales Manager
Requirements
  • Preferable Technikon/university qualification within the medical field or Biokinetics, Sports Science, BSC Anatomy/ physiology
  • Preferably candidates who have completed or are in their final year of their tertiary studies
  • Driver's License
  • Preferably South African citizens
