Job Title: Sales & Accounts Manager

MSA Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Sales & Accounts Manager to lead our sales initiatives and manage key customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a list of existing prospects and match them with suitable home vacancies.
  • Input and manage data within the CRM system, enhancing the database.
  • Assign tasks and follow up to ensure leads are progressed by regional staff managers.
  • Ensure all leads are handled efficiently and meetings are arranged without losing prospects.
  • Attend meetings to support the delivery of prospects, signing up and agreeing on terms and fees with the business.
  • Oversee and manage vacancies and service user requirements across the portfolio of homes.
  • Liaise with homes to advertise available positions and work on filling them within the required timeframe.
  • Manage the job board, liaise with candidates, and schedule appointments with relevant managers.
  • Onboard new recruits with contracts and other documents, adding them to our HR portal and setting up payroll information.
  • Conduct reference checks for new hires, follow up on outstanding references, and complete telephone verification.
  • Handle spillover duties and manage the MD's schedule when needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and follow up on action items.
  • Monitor social media engagement and activity, ensuring that external marketing managers are fulfilling their contracted roles.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in IT systems, online portals, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in HR or recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
