Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Capital Compliance and Analytics Lead to join our team at AECI. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislative requirements across local and global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track the level of alignment with people management operations, systems, and payroll configuration in line with legislative requirements.
  • Collaborate with human capital payroll, systems, and operations management to ensure effective and efficient governance related to multi-jurisdictional legislative compliance.
  • Track and manage the timeousness and accuracy of third-party submissions across all AECI Countries.
  • Assess the efficacy of stakeholder management internationally and locally with applicable legislative authorities and third-party vendors.
  • Manage ongoing governance and technology improvement recommendations.
  • Track internal audit queries relating to procedural compliance for overall good corporate governance related to people management transactions.
  • Develop and update procedures, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure optimal compliance to people-related legislation across the AECI Group.
  • Report on tracking results related to relevant workplace legislation and regulation compliance across local and global operations.
  • Provide data and supporting analysis in support of AECI strategic people management imperatives.
  • Track the number of communications and training to all internal stakeholders relevant to each country to ensure compliance.
  • Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of planning and tracking of legislative and compliance-driven submissions for AECI Global Shared Services.
  • Track the percentage of payroll transactions processed accurately and in compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory transactional parameters.
  • Track the number of payroll-related legal disputes or legal claims.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legislative compliance and payroll management, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
