Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems, including archiving and retrieving documents as needed;
  • Responding to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
  • Assisting with new hire onboarding, including preparing documents and coordinating orientation agendas;
  • Providing administrative support to the Branch Manager, including processing daily hours and payroll submissions;
  • Ordering uniforms, beverages, cleaning supplies, stationery, and ID cards as required;
  • Performing general clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping;
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Administration or a related field;
  • At least 2 years' experience in administration, preferably in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients;
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
