Ashton Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Assistant Manager to provide administrative support to their Head of Commercial Hospital Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Commercial Sales in managing the sales team, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare and coordinate presentations, reports, and other documents as required to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and decision-making, and develop effective filing systems for accurate record-keeping.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring logistical arrangements are in place.
  • Communicate with external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners, to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Support the sales team as required, preparing expense reports and maintaining personnel records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as PA or Office Manager in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Experience with finance and HR functions will be an advantage in this role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
