We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at The Legends Agency.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive business relationships, generating a sales pipeline, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires excellent customer service skills, telephone manner, and proficiency in computer applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong business relationships with clients to ensure future sales.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Expedite problem resolution and complaints through required processes.
  • Prioritize client list to achieve agreed sales within specified timelines.
  • Supply management with daily and weekly sales reports.
Requirements
  • A minimum Grade 12 (Matric) qualification is required.
  • Sales and customer liaison experience is advantageous.
  • Highly proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and email applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manners are essential.
  • Able to prioritize, plan, and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
