Business Development Representative

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description: As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Generating new business leads through outbound calls and email campaigns
- Contacting potential customers to discuss their needs and provide product solutions
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in an inbound or outbound call centre environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to articulate the benefits of our solutions to customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-oriented performance
