Business Growth Specialist

At Cochrane Global, we are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business leads through targeted telesales and email campaigns
- Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in our CRM platform
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with our marketing team to improve website traffic and lead generation
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric non-negotiable
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 0-3 years of telemarketing and/or inside sales experience or Business Development exposure
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined activity quotas
- Proven track record of strong client relationships
- Excellent client service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
