Business Development Representative

At Cochrane Global, we are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business leads through targeted telesales and email campaigns
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in our CRM platform
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to improve website traffic and lead generation

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric non-negotiable
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 0-3 years of telemarketing and/or inside sales experience or Business Development exposure
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined activity quotas
  • Proven track record of strong client relationships
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
