Job Title: Strategic Business Development Manager
At The Recruitment Council, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving business growth and developing new revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or a related field
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
