Job Title : Software Sales Executive

We are the sole reseller of a world-class GRC software solution in South Africa, used by 89% of Fortune companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a qualified new business pipeline through cold-calling and approved partners.
  2. Utilise strategic sales methodologies to convert new business opportunities into software sales.
  3. Prepare business cases, proposals, tender responses, presentations, and sales contracts.
  4. Ensure CRM system (Salesforce) is accurately updated with necessary information.
  5. Actively increase industry knowledge to educate customers about our solution.
  6. Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge.

Requirements:

  1. Proven solution software sales knowledge in the South African Private sector.
  2. Demonstrated track record in over-achieving targets within an enterprise software solution sales role.
  3. Target-driven, dynamic, and confident individual.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  5. Ability to communicate confidently with C-suite individuals.
  6. Proven ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure.
  7. Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects.

Education and Experience:

  1. Matric certificate.
  2. Completed Business Degree or similar is highly preferable.
  3. At least 5 years experience in software solution sales role with consistent target achievement.

The ideal candidate should have a strong desire to succeed and exceed goals and targets set by the business. Some travel nationally will be required.
