We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive the sales of Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, and other digital solutions. If you have a passion for technology sales, software solutions, and helping businesses enhance their operations, this opportunity is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand market presence for Zoho Products. Generate leads, acquire clients, and boost revenue through targeted sales initiatives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Engage with SMEs, corporations, and enterprises, demonstrating how Zoho solutions can streamline processes and boost efficiency. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and post-sales follow-ups. Serve as a Zoho expert, providing product demos and advising clients on the best solutions for their business needs. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless software deployment and client onboarding. Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Partnerships & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to expand Ziyana Group's footprint. Represent Ziyana Group at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Requirements & Qualifications
  1. A Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or any relevant qualification.
  2. Proven experience in technology/software sales, particularly SaaS or cloud-based solutions.
  3. 4-6 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management in the tech industry.
  4. Strong understanding of Zoho Products or similar CRM, ERP, or cloud-based platforms (Zoho certification is an advantage).
  5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
  7. Experience managing a sales pipeline and using CRM tools to track sales performance.
  8. A results-driven mindset with a passion for digital solutions.
