About the Role

As a Strategic Human Resources Partner at Pro Select Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance and employee engagement by collaborating with our management team to achieve key objectives.

The primary focus areas of this position include employee relations, talent and performance management, training and development, and culture enhancement.

  • Manage all employee relations matters, including IR queries, misconduct, performance management, disability inquiries, and CCMA cases.
  • Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment activities to ensure timely and effective filling of vacancies with high-caliber candidates.
  • Create exceptional employee experiences through culture-aligned induction programs, resulting in successful orientation and onboarding of new associates.
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training requirements through regular liaison with line managers.
  • Promote talent mobility across departments by facilitating performance and career discussions.
  • Collaborate with line managers to build succession plans through regular talent reviews.
  • Support employment equity goals by promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Implement fair employee practices and people culture development initiatives.
  • Conceptualize and implement projects aligned with the company strategy.
  • Develop and manage HR analytics to drive informed decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
  • 5-8 years of experience in senior HRBP roles, with a proven track record in strategic human resources planning and execution.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve excellence.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with the business and understand their goals and needs.
  • A service-oriented, pragmatic, and collaborative approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.
Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This estimate is based on national averages for similar positions in the industry.
