We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at HR Xchange. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for servicing the Nelspruit area and achieving sales targets within the assigned market segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned market segment.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Problem Resolution: Expedite and follow up on the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Market Research: Research and keep abreast of market conditions in the assigned sector.
  • Call Planning and Reporting: Develop weekly call planners and schedule appointments, complete and submit weekly reports (call, market & competitor).
  • After Sales Service: Provide after-sales service to all clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Ensure timeously completion of enquiries, quotes, and tenders, responsible for general sales administration.
  • Sales Aids and Materials: Prepare sales aids and materials (brochure, presentations, etc.).
  • ISO Compliance: Ensure sales processes are ISO compliant.

Requirements:

  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Qualification: Qualification in sales and/or marketing advantageous.
  • Experience: Related sales experience in the mining or construction sector.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of ISO, tender processing, working knowledge of business.
  • Skills: Ability to read and draw design layouts on Turbo-Cad an advantage.
  • Travel: Must be able and willing to travel.
