Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Operations/Admin team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Handle escalations from internal stakeholders and suppliers, working diligently to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with distributors, vendors, and customers to foster collaboration and enhance business partnerships.
  • Oversee stock management and reporting, including quarterly stock takes, spot checks, and monitoring of backorders.
  • Assist the Accounts Payable department in resolving supplier payment queries and escalations, and manage credit requests as needed.
  • Ensure customer invoices are processed accurately and in accordance with quotes, and manage CSP and SLA monthly billing.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the team to ensure smooth operations and address any challenges or concerns.
  • Provide regular reporting and monitoring on various metrics, including top 20 supplier spend, sales breakdown per vendor per business, GP loss report, ageing stock, backorder report, and distribution fees.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to streamline business processes and optimize operational efficiency.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • IT/ICT Industry experience is preferred
Benefits:

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of R800,000 - R1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical aid, pension fund, and annual bonuses.
