Business Strategy Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analysis Manager to lead the development and execution of business analysis strategy, plans, tools, and techniques. This role involves effectively analysing and translating business IT requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.

As a Business Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and contracts to ensure they align with business needs and provide value while managing costs. You will also coordinate and participate in relevant structures to facilitate execution, integration, and alignment of all functions and components in collaboration with other IT functional areas and the business.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant equivalent qualification, as well as a relevant Business Analysis Certification. They should have 5-7 years of experience in the IT environment, 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, and 2 years or more in a management role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and apply concepts, principles, and approaches to develop innovative solutions to business requirements
  • Manage ambiguity/complexity and establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at different levels
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of project delivery, including business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
  • Apply knowledge of project management, administration, and delivery principles to manage and optimize resource allocation
  • Navigate change requests and changes to live infrastructure components

This permanent position is based in Cape Town, offering a cost-to-company salary of R1,200,000 per annum. We invite applications from qualified candidates who can bring their expertise to our team.
