Consumer Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consumer New Business Account Manager to join our team at People Dimension. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the acquisition of new consumer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of consumer accounts to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
