Job Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key requirements for this role include a Matric qualification, minimum 2 years proven client service/call center experience, individual life policy administration knowledge and experience, medical aid understanding and servicing experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

In addition, you will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. You will also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to apply them effectively in your role.

Please note that this is a permanent position and requires a high level of commitment and dedication. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, but regret that we are unable to provide assistance for any fields outside of this scope.
