At Edge Executive Search, we are looking for a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development.

Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting and advising associates and partners on the preparation of proposals, including project managing panel proposals and significant pitch processes for key clients and opportunities.
- Responsible for all pitches and proposals.
- Ability to manage pitching projects till end.
- Recording, reviewing and tracking of Pitches.
- Candidate must have experience with Pitching, Bids and Tender experience (important).
- Development of pitching content and pitching best practices.
- Involvement in the Events management.
- Strong legal background.
- Law degree or similar.
