About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Building: Forge strong relationships with vital clients, positioning yourself as their primary contact and main point of communication.
  • Account Management: Develop and implement well-thought-out account plans to boost sales while focusing on retaining existing customers.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals with finesse, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor offerings, staying one step ahead in the industry.
  • Sales Growth: Proactively drive sales growth, maintaining strong client retention and loyalty.

About You:

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager who has experience in bridging finance and working with conveyancing attorneys. Strong networking skills are essential to building valuable connections within the industry.

What We Offer:

As a Business Development Manager at Flair TM, you can expect a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
