Customer Experience Director

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Leader to join our team in Johannesburg. This role is responsible for supporting the store manager in leading a high-performing team and overseeing all aspects of store operations. Your strong leadership skills and ability to drive innovation and efficiency will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the store manager in leading the team to achieve sales and developmental targets
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory and store standards
- Collaborate across teams to align with business objectives
Requirements:
- A completed Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous)
- 3 or more years of experience managing a team in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment
- Strong leadership and matrix management skills
- Technologically adept with the ability to quickly adapt to and work with innovative technology solutions
Estimated Salary: R28,000 per month
