Senior Customer Experience Director

At ParcelHero, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Journey Optimisation Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive customer experience excellence and play a key role in shaping the future of our company.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in customer experience management, who can develop and implement strategies that deliver exceptional results. As a Customer Journey Optimisation Lead, you'll be responsible for analysing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive positive change.
You'll work closely with our marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure that all customer touchpoints align with customer needs and expectations. Your expertise in customer journey mapping, data analysis, and communication strategy will help us create a seamless and positive experience for our customers.

About the Role- Develop and implement customer journey optimisation strategies to improve customer experience and drive business growth.
- Analyse customer feedback and identify areas for improvement, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive positive change.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure alignment on customer experience goals.
- Lead initiatives to improve customer education, process efficiency, and service innovation.
We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including 20 days' holiday per year, plus your birthday off, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
