Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Red Rock Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the electronics industry and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Conduct product testing and evaluations as required.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff and customers on electronics products.
Requirements:
  • Matric certificate or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Valid driver's license and own transport.
  • Previous experience in the security or electronics industry is highly desirable.
  • Networking skills and knowledge of CCTV and Paradox Security Equipment would be advantageous.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • High aptitude level.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
  • Methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around R200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
