Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our team at Staff Solutions Recruitment. As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships, driving sales growth, and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Pro-Active Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a pro-active sales strategy to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
- Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring regular and disciplined customer visits.
- Bad Debt Resolution: Support the company team in resolving bad debt where necessary.
- Target Account Management: Implement call cycles, systems, and processes to ensure identified target account objectives are achieved.
- Sales Volume and Pricing: Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current on supply and demand, changes in trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Low Margin Customer Management: Identify and manage low-margin customers and products, and develop timeous action plans to improve respectively.
- Cost Reduction: Investigate means of reducing costs in terms of formulations of products by collaborating and working closely with the Technical Team.
- Pricing Strategies: Effectively manage pricing strategies with customers to ensure business objectives are met.
- Sales Programs: Manage and implement sales programs by developing sales action plans within own region.
- Tangible Sales and GP Budgets: Achieve all tangible sales and GP budgets with set objectives.
- Pipeline Development: Constantly develop a healthy pipeline of new opportunities and close within a reasonable timeline.
- Forecast Planning: Provide four-monthly S&OP forecast plan on a monthly basis.
- Commercial Forecast: Provide commercial forecast to support business objectives.
- Qualifications: Grade 12 coupled with a Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Ink and Printing Industry or 5-7 years of relevant experience managing accounts with customers within the Manufacturing field.
- Exports Experience: Exports experience is advantageous.
- Computer Literacy: Computer literate in Excel, PP, Word, Office, and IBM Notes.
- Sales Reporting Tools: Experience in utilising sales reporting tools such as SAP C4C, Qlikview, or other recommended tools.
