Electrical Sales Specialist

Network Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential customers through research, networking, and referrals. You will conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products/services. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to effectively present and communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis, and collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for generating new leads and expanding the customer base. In addition, you will keep updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings, and prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager. You will also participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions. If you have a proven experience in a sales role, preferably 2-3 years in electrical, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively present and communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences, and self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets, then we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.   • Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and referrals.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably 2-3 years in electrical.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively present and communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
