Job Title: Business Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Sales Consultant to join our team at Allmed Healthcare Professionals. As a Business Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling our services to private hospitals, conducting presentations, and establishing client needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell our services to private hospitals and conduct presentations to prospective clients
  • Establish client needs and requirements and advise on the benefits of utilizing our services
  • Draw up quotes in conjunction with the General Manager, Business Development Executive, Branch Manager, Business Manager, and Managing Director
  • Present quotes to clients and negotiate accordingly
  • Follow up on all visits and quotes to clients
  • Promote our services to all staff not already registered with us
  • Liaise with operational staff regarding logistical issues related to efficient service delivery to our clients
  • Provide daily and weekly feedback reports on activity in the field
  • Obtain competitor information and submit to relevant supervisors or managers for further investigation by management
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and staff
  • Manage new business brought into the company
  • Ensure clients remain active with the company
  • Monitor contracted clients of medical professional credit control and provide an overview on a monthly basis
  • Advise on contracted medical professionals' pay rates and charge rates
  • Weekly and monthly reporting on sales and targets met by contracted medical professionals
  • Ensure all contracted medical professionals' sales and client policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Support the monitoring of operational staff performance through ongoing assessments and evaluations
  • Source new business opportunities for contracted medical professionals
  • Lead, direct, and motivate the sales team or consultants to achieve the company's sales objectives
  • Review and implement sales strategy plans
  • Generate new sales opportunities by identifying opportunities appropriate to clients
  • Monitor, follow up, and action tender requests
  • Implement the company's processes and procedures related to permanent staff recruitment for clients
  • Receive job specifications from clients and familiarize oneself with job specifications for each client
  • Client visitation and building relationships to obtain detailed job specifications and information related to required positions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design comprehensive and innovative proposals that address key accounts' needs and align with the company's overall objectives
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to key clients, showcasing the benefits of cross-divisional collaboration and our capacity to meet their evolving needs
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks related to cross-divisional projects and client relationships, ensuring timely mitigation measures are in place
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, providing valuable insights to both internal teams and key accounts
