Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at People Dimension. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Answer and direct incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide accurate information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reception Duties: Greet visitors, manage the reception area, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and faxing, as needed.
  • Communication: Interact with staff and visitors in a respectful and professional manner, and maintain confidentiality when necessary.
  • Security: Monitor the reception area, control access, and maintain a logbook of visitors and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a reception or administrative role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic office software.
