About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Manager to join our team at ABC Worldwide. As a key member of our Growth Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct discovery and demo calls with potential clients to establish and develop positive business relationships.
  • Arrange and conduct discovery and demo calls with prospective clients, consulting and negotiating deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage your own sales pipeline to maximize growth opportunities and learn effective hunting practices.
  • Collaborate with the Delivery Team to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities arising from existing accounts.
  • Report directly to the CEO and contribute to the development of business strategies and sales and marketing initiatives.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of 1,600 EUR base with uncapped commission.
  • 7% commission on closed revenue in the month.
  • 5% extra for bringing in new leads.
  • 5% kicker for achieving over 100K cash collected in one month.
Requirements
  • A client-oriented A-Level personality with a strong motivation to help and make a difference.
  • Experience in sales and/or account management, preferably in digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
