Sales & Reservations Manager

Fempower Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Sales & Reservations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless sales and reservations operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve sales performance, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Sales Operations: Manage the sales process, including lead generation, conversion, and follow-up, to ensure efficient and effective sales operations.
  • Customer Experience: Foster strong relationships with customers, resolve issues promptly, and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
