We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Administrator to join our team at Grace your HR needs. This role combines reception duties with essential finance and administrative functions. A background in Bookkeeping and experience as a Receptionist are essential requirements.

About the Role:
  • Assistance in Facilities, Services, and General Front Office Administration
  • Relief switchboard rosters and Updated telephone lists
  • Sundry tasks including Receiving and sorting out incoming mail and Sending outgoing mail

You will also be responsible for managing internal diaries and venue bookings, updating function schedules, and liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders. Your skills in Researching vendors (venues, catering, decorators, etc.) and choosing the best combination of quality and cost will be highly valued.

The estimated salary for this role is $64,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. If you have a passion for administration and finance, we encourage you to apply.
