Job DescriptionAs a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for managing the business switchboard professionally and efficiently. Your primary duties will include receiving all incoming calls, distributing them to the appropriate extensions, taking messages, and performing routine administration tasks.
Main Responsibilities:- Receiving and directing incoming calls
- Taking messages and relaying information to staff members
- Maintaining office equipment and supplies
- Providing excellent customer service and greeting visitors
In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also be required to handle customer queries and problems, maintain accurate records, and perform other general administrative tasks as needed.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should possess strong communication and organizational skills, as well as basic computer proficiency. A minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist or similar role is essential, with prior switchboard experience preferred.
