Customer Service Representative for Multilingual Contact Centre

Black Pen Recruitment is excited to present a unique opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our esteemed client, an international award-winning multilingual contact centre.
About the Role
This full-time position offers a chance to work in a dynamic and rotational shift environment, handling inbound customer inquiries across multiple verticals. With the ability to communicate fluently in Spanish, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to passengers, working on various airline reservations systems, and ensuring timely resolution of travel-related queries.

What We Offer
The successful candidate can expect:
- A competitive estimated salary range of R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards;
- Fully paid product and systems training;
- A 4-week fully paid training period;
- A fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line at own cost (no wireless connections accepted);
- An UPS solution required during load shedding (inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted);
- A probation period of 4 months.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Native level fluency in Spanish language: verbal and written;
- Located in South Africa;
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only;
- Flexibility to work shifts;
- Demanding and time-sensitive call centre environment.
