Customer Service and Sales Ambassador for a Prestigious Airline

Our client, an award-winning multilingual contact centre, is seeking an experienced French speaking customer service and sales representative to work with a prestigious airline brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience, handling queries and complaints in French and English languages, and meeting specific key performance indicators.
Located in Gauteng, South Africa, this role offers a unique opportunity to work with an international client and develop your skills in customer relations, communication, and problem-solving. As a permanent employee, you will receive comprehensive training on the airline's systems and products, as well as ongoing support and development opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess native level fluency in French language, both verbally and written, and have a strong understanding of customer service principles. You will also need to be flexible and able to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays. A fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line is required at own cost, and a UPS solution is necessary during load shedding.
This role offers a competitive salary of R250,000 - R300,000 per annum, depending on experience, and benefits include fully paid product and systems training, 4 weeks' paid leave, and a probation period of 4 months.
