IT Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our IT Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry and be able to develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
2. Sales and Negotiation:
Utilize strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals and build long-term client relationships.
3. Market and Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and products, able to translate technical features into client-focused value propositions.
4. Collaboration and Strategy:
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Experience:
5+ years of experience in IT sales, business development, or a related field.
2. Sales and Negotiation Skills:
Proven track record of closing deals in a consultative sales environment, with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
3. Technical Knowledge:
Good understanding of trending software products and IT services, able to translate technical features into client-focused value propositions.
4. Relationship Management:
Experience managing and growing long-term client relationships, skilled in managing multiple high-value accounts simultaneously.
