This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to join our team as a Strategic Growth Manager - Property Division.

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Executive to lead our efforts in growing revenue and expanding our market presence in the property software industry.

You will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to capitalize on these prospects.

In this hybrid role, you will work closely with our Head Office team based in Cape Town, leveraging MS Teams, Zoom, and other digital tools to facilitate collaboration and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the property software industry
  • Bulk partnerships and develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute growth plans to expand our market share and revenue
  • Collaborate with the Head Office team to align sales efforts with business objectives

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Requirements
  • A Matric certification and relevant accounting experience or background
  • Previous experience in Business Development, preferably in the property sector
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, focusing on rentals, would be an advantage
  • Strong understanding of property management principles and portfolio analysis
  • Sales and marketing administration, research, and customer support skills
  • Reliable transportation for travel and meetings

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, we anticipate a salary range of R600,000 - R800,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
