Cool Ideas Service Provider is seeking a skilled Fibre to Business Sales Development Specialist to join our team in Gauteng and Western Cape regions. As a leading fibre connectivity provider, we offer competitive salaries and benefits to successful candidates.

Estimated Salary: R450,000 - R600,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic sales professional with at least 3 years of demonstrable sales experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be driven to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with clients to identify potential business opportunities
  • Cold calling and closing new deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Client management and satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Attending client/sales meetings, customer complaints, and concerns
  • Requesting quotes from fibre network operators on behalf of clients
  • Familiarity with internal sales processes to effectively service potential clients
  • Assisting with service delivery and ensuring seamless customer experience
  • Sales reporting and administration tasks
  • Educating clients on our products, support, and offerings
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, preferably in the fibre industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Familiarity with fibre technology and market trends
