Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Network International. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.
About the Role:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the South African chemicals industry.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to the local market, focusing on customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business plans and achieve objectives.
- Leverage industry expertise and market knowledge to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Educational background in a relevant field such as chemistry or business.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in sales and business development in the chemical industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with the distribution/trading sector and its specific challenges and opportunities.

Compensation Package:
The estimated salary for this role is R1,200,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the level of experience required. This includes a base salary, performance bonuses, and benefits package.
