About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Receptionist to join our team at Stonebridge HR Solutions. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a professional image for our organization.

You will be responsible for performing a range of reception and administrative duties, including managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to our team.


 


Requirements:




  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • 5-10 years of administration/reception experience
  • Strong administrative skills and computer literacy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
  • Valid driver’s license and own transportation
  • Presentable/professional appearance
  • Non-smoker
